On The Front Line
Society (breast cancer fund) is a project of
Titz'n Glitz. We are volunteers who
raise money to provide short term financial assistance to women and
men in financial need, who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and
are living in Nova Scotia. Titz'n Glitz does not fund research.
Often, some of the
most stressful realities are of a financial nature, including incidental
costs. Sometimes just coming up with bus fare and baby-sitting fees
to get to chemo treatments can be difficult. A little bit of help can
make a big difference.

What
Does On The Front Line Society (breast cancer fund) Do?
The fund is available
to offer help that can provide choices for people who feel trapped by
their situation. If financial stress is affecting your quality of life,
and there are no other financial resources available to you, we may
be able to assist with short-term practical solutions. Some examples
include:

On The Front Line is also a proud sponsor of Breast Cancer Action Nova Scotia (BCANS) and Bosom Buddies of Nova Scotia who provide support services to breast cancer patients in Nova Scotia.
Organizational Goals
